Everyone is familiar with the BO 105! The machine can be flown with a two-blade or a four-blade rotor head. The capacious fuselage is even large enough to accommodate a turbine at a later date.
Hinged and sliding doors can be opened as on the original machine if the door hinge accessory set is installed, and we have also given a little thought to the tank filler stub, which matches our refuelling valves; see scale accessories.

The GRP fuselage is supplied as a 23-part kit, which includes the four exhaust pipes and the spoiler, all moulded in GRP. The tail rotor drive system is based on a ballraced 8 mm Ø stainless steel shaft; a separate 50° metal angle gearbox (Ord.No. 1057) is also required. The tail rotor control system includes a ballraced bellcrank. The kit fittings include a factory-welded aluminium skid landing gear which is simply screwed to the underside of the fuselage. On the full-size machine the skid bars project out of the side of the fuselage, and on the model the GRP fairing gives an optical illusion of the same arrangement.
